Axiom is expanding into Denmark and is looking for an experienced Principal Consultant & Business Development Lead to help establish and grow our presence in the Danish market.
This is not a traditional consulting role.
We are looking for someone who combines deep industry expertise with commercial drive and entrepreneurial ambition. You will play a central role in winning new business, developing client relationships, shaping our service offerings, and delivering high-impact consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Advisory
- Lead and support consulting engagements for clients across Aviation, Defense, and asset-intensive industries.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
- Deliver strategic and operational improvement initiatives.
- Drive value creation through asset management, maintenance optimization, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.
- Expand Axiom's footprint in the Danish and the Nordic market.
Service Development
- Help shape and develop Axiom's consulting services.
- Identify market needs and emerging industry trends.
- Contribute thought leadership and innovative solutions.
Company Building
- Play an active role in establishing and growing Axiom Denmark.
- Help growing Axiom Group.
- Support recruitment and team development.
- Help define market strategy and long-term growth plans.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience within Aviation, Defense, Infrastructure, Energy, Transportation, Manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Experience from a consulting firm, advisory organization, or a senior industry role.
- A proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience leading transformation, optimization, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong commercial understanding and entrepreneurial mindset.
- A well-established network within one or more of Axiom's target sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
